A GEN-Z MURDER MYSTERY
BAD INFLUENCES
(written by someone who still isn't entirely sure if they're Gen-Z or Millennial)
I love murder mystery games, but I've grown tired of their boring tropes: smoky old mansions, bustling bourgeois clientele, an unnecessarily creepy butler. Thus, a passion project was born.
By substituting aged wine for White Claw and dusty bookshelves for unfettered internet access, I created Bad Influences.
(Please don't hate me for this, younger generation.)
THE SCENE
Taylor Lux, TikTok’s biggest fit-fluencer and thirst trap heartthrob, has invited you to an exclusive party at LA’s hottest creator mansion. You'll be rubbing shoulders with social media’s finest—egomaniacs, washed-up celebrities, and teenagers that have accomplished more in their youth than you ever will in your adult life!
Being the gracious philanthropist he is, Taylor has promised that one attendee will walk away with a private jet. But watch out, there might be some guests—yourself included—that could be willing to do a little more to secure that prize for themselves.

THE GUEST LIST
Hover over the boxes below to learn more about your fellow partygoers.

MAKE YOUR CASE
Even phones aren't safe from inspection. Search through TMZ articles and actual Instagram DMs (yes, we made accounts) to gather as much evidence as you can before you make any accusations.
SET THE MOOD
Trying to convince someone you're not a murderer but the vibes just aren't right? Problem solved. Bop 'till they drop.

BE THE PARTY
If you want to be one of the first people in on a potentially multi-dollar-earning game, or if you really don't have anything to do on a Friday night, click below to get the first edition of Bad Influences.
My ultimate goal with Bad Influences is to get the world's top influencers to play against each other, the parodied becoming the ones who parody. If you have any connections to famous influencers, are an influencer yourself, or if you can't stop seeing influencers in your dreams, please contact me ASAP: 425-949-2051

Special thanks to Megan Staley for the beautiful pictures, and to my beautiful wife Sophia for helping me create some of the most despicable characters.
